The Custom Process

  1. Receive your free no-obligation initial consultation.
  2. Receive a proposal tailored to your requirements where you can make adjustments and alterations if necessary.
  3. A designer will prepare initial 3D designs.
  4. We will then choose for you a selection of the finest gems to await your approval.
  5. Once you are satisfied with the design and specification, we will ask you to confirm your order.
  6. Your 3D design will then be handmade or cast by one of our master craftsmen.
  7. Collect from our Hatton Garden office or have it delivered to your door.
